Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour- 2 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 dl chopped vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, onion, zucchini)
- 100 g ham or smoked salmon (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper until you have a smooth batter.2. Stir in the grated cheese and chopped vegetables. If using ham or salmon, add it now as well.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
4. Pour some of the batter into the pan and cook the pancake for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Repeat until all batter is used. Serve warm with your desired accompaniments.
