This vibrant pancake is a delicious and eye-catching breakfast or snack. You can add different colors and flavors according to your preference.

Ingredients:
- 7 dl milk
- 1 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.5 dl melted margarine
- 0.5 dl fruit sugar
- (optional food coloring)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, and eggs. Whisk well until combined.
2. Add the all-purpose flour, melted margarine, and fruit sugar. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. If desired, divide the batter into portions and add different food colors.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little margarine. Pour some batter onto the pan.
5. Cook the pancake over medium heat until the surface is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side.
6. Repeat until all the batter is used.
7. Serve warm with berries, jam, or maple syrup.
