A delicious Finnish oven pancake that is easy to prepare and perfect for breakfast or dessert. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 750 ml milk
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g butter or margarine
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool slightly.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and salt.
4. Gradually add the flour and mix until a smooth batter forms.
5. Pour the melted butter into the batter and mix well.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with jam or fresh berries.
