A delicious and traditional dish, perfect for dessert or with coffee. Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1½ dl milk - 1½ tbsp semolina
- 2½ dl milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ dl sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ½ dl all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine 1½ dl of milk and semolina. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.2. Allow the mixture to simmer for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
3. Once cooled, mix in 2½ dl of milk, the egg, sugar, salt, cardamom, and all-purpose flour. Stir well to combine.
4. Pour the batter into a greased pie dish.
5. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for 20-30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Serve with raspberry jam and whipped cream.
