Delicious and visually stunning platter featuring a selection of sparkling wines, perfect for spring celebrations or special occasions. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size is 4-6 people.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle Dom Pérignon Rosé 2003
- 1 bottle Charles Heidsieck Brut Millésime 2005
- 1 bottle of your favorite sparkling wine
- 200 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 150 g cheese (e.g., brie or gouda)
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 ciabatta bread
- 50 ml honey
- 1 tsp fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Arrange the cheeses beautifully on a serving platter.
2. Add the fresh berries around the cheeses.
3. Sprinkle the nuts over the berries.
4. Slice the ciabatta bread and place the slices around the edge of the platter.
5. Pour honey into a small serving dish and place it in the center of the platter.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
7. Serve the sparkling wines separately for each guest to choose from.
