Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh fish (e.g., salmon or pike)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 300 g potatoes
- 200 g green beans
- 1 dl cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for a moment.
3. Add the fish to the pan and cook on both sides for about 5-7 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until they are bright green and crisp. Drain.
6. Serve the fish with potatoes and green beans. If desired, add cream over the fish.
