- 500 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 dl cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
5. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
7. Grate lemon zest over the sauce and mix.
8. Garnish the chicken with fresh basil and enjoy!
