Delicious marshmallow brownies are the perfect sweet ending to your gatherings. Toasted marshmallows and fresh strawberries make this summer treat unforgettable!

Serving Size: About 15 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 0.5 dl coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 dl mini marshmallows
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the chopped milk chocolate. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the melted mixture.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugars. Combine the butter-chocolate mixture with the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Mix in the all-purpose flour combined with baking powder until the batter is smooth. Pour it into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
5. Press the mini marshmallows into the batter.
6. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15-20 minutes, until the top is beautifully toasted and the inside is slightly gooey.
