Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 250 ml Marsala wine
- 250 ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
3. Stir in the crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour the Marsala wine into the skillet and cook until the liquid is reduced by half.
5. Add the beef broth and soy sauce, then let it simmer on low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
6. Season the sauce with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
7. Serve hot over steak or on the side.
