Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter and oil.
2. Once the butter starts to foam, add the steaks to the skillet.
3. Sear the steaks for 1.5-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steak.
4. Transfer the steaks to a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes.
5. Remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest under foil for 6-8 minutes before serving.
