Ingredients:

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 4 eggs
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 150 g avocado
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 dl fresh herbs (e.g., basil, chives)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl salad (e.g., arugula or iceberg lettuce)

Instructions:

1. Cook the eggs to your liking (e.g., fried or scrambled).
2. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
3. Slice the avocado and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread cream cheese on top of the toasted bread.
5. Layer smoked salmon, avocado, and the cooked egg on top.
6. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the dish and serve on a bed of salad.
