Ingredients:

- 1 blue sausage
- 3 dl grated cheese
- 3 dl cream
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt to taste
- 1 tube horseradish paste
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 onions
- 5 tomatoes

Instructions:

1. Slice the blue sausage, tomatoes, and onions. Chop the parsley.
2. Layer the slices in a greased baking dish, adding chopped parsley between the layers.
3. In a bowl, mix the cream, mustard, horseradish paste, ketchup, salt, and black pepper together.
4. Pour the mixture over the layered ingredients.
5. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dish is bubbling.
