A delightful berry curd pie that's easy to make and tastes perfect for both everyday and special occasions.

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ dl sugar
- 1 can (250g) quark
- Berries of your choice
- 1 dl buttermilk
- 0.5 dl skim milk
- 2 dl flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl liquid margarine
Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, cardamom, and vanilla sugar) together in a bowl.
2. Add the liquid margarine and buttermilk to the mixture. Stir until it forms a smooth batter.
3. Spread the batter into a greased pie dish, ensuring to cover the sides as well.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the quark and berries together, then pour the mixture over the batter in the pie dish.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
