This delicious teriyaki beef recipe is perfect for serving a large group. Combine tasty beef with a melt-in-your-mouth mushroom and bean medley and fragrant jasmine rice.

Ingredients:

- 500 g beef fillet
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 200 g mushrooms (e.g., button or shiitake)
- 200 g beans (e.g., green beans or kidney beans)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g jasmine rice
- 500 ml water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro or green onions) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Slice the beef fillet into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, and grated ginger. Pour the marinade over the beef and mix well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
3. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water and cook it in a pot with the 500 ml of water and a pinch of salt until the rice is tender (about 15 minutes).
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and sauté until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
5. Add the sliced mushrooms and beans to the pan. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
6. Serve the teriyaki beef on top of the jasmine rice and garnish with fresh herbs.
