A delicious Mallorcan dish that combines the flavors of chicken and almonds in one pot. This recipe is easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken pieces (such as thighs and drumsticks)
- 150 g crushed almonds
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 100 ml white wine
- 500 ml chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the chopped onions and garlic, sautéing until softened.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes and paprika, cooking for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until slightly evaporated.
6. Return the chicken to the pot and add the broth. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Allow the dish to simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
8. Stir in the crushed almonds and mix well. Let it simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
9. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
