Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into long strips, about 1 cm thick.
2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
3. Place the sweet potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to evenly coat the fries with the spices.
4. Spread the sweet potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
6. Allow to cool for a moment and serve warm.
