Mushroom Soup

A creamy and comforting mushroom soup perfect for any time of the year. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
3. Heat the butter in a pot and add the onions. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
6. Blend the soup with an immersion blender or in a regular blender until smooth.
7. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Heat for a moment.
8. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
