Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground lamb - 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground lamb, cream, breadcrumbs, and egg until well combined.2. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, thyme, and parsley to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Shape the mixture into patties or balls.
4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the wallenberg patties until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve the wallenberg with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
