Description: This delicious lamb meatball is a perfect alternative for Easter dinner. Serve it with your favorite side dishes!
Preparation time: 1 hour
Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground lamb
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or thyme)
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground lamb, cream, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and herbs.
2. Knead the mixture by hand until smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into round patties.
4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the lamb patties on both sides for about 4-5 minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the patties warm with your choice of side dishes.
