A traditional meat pie that evokes childhood memories and fills the home with a warm aroma. This delicious pie is easy to prepare and perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 250 g quark
- 5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 g ground meat (beef or pork-beef mix)
- 1 onion
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 raw egg
- 1 dl milk
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the dough: Melt the butter and mix it with the quark. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Knead into a dough.
2. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Chop the onion and sauté it in a pan. Add the ground meat and cook until fully browned. Season with black pepper.
4. Add the raw egg and chopped boiled eggs to the mixture. Mix well.
5. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into two parts. Roll one part out to fit a baking sheet and place it on the sheet.
6. Spread the filling over the dough and roll out the second piece of dough to cover the top. Brush the surface with milk.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes until the surface is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
