Ingredients:

- 4 large bell peppers (e.g., red or yellow)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 400 g ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (about 400 g)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella, shredded)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until soft.
2. Add ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
3. Stir in the cooked rice and crushed tomatoes into the meat mixture. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
4. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Fill the peppers with the rice-meat mixture.
5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
