A rich and creamy chocolate mousse that's perfect for dessert.

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 300 ml heavy cream
- A pinch of salt
- Vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Add sugar to the yolks and whisk until light and fluffy.
3. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture and combine well.
4. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture.
5. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mixture.
6. Pour the mousse into serving bowls or a dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
7. Serve with whipped cream or berries if desired.
