Ingredients:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 dl almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 2 tbsp protein powder (sweetened with stevia or erythritol)
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce (sweetened with sugar)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Nuts or berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and almond milk until smooth.
2. Add the protein powder, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
3. Divide the mixture into two serving dishes.
4. Top with nuts or berries if desired.
5. Let the puddings set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
