A creamy yogurt dessert with a rich caramel flavor, topped with blueberries.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- A sprinkle of vanilla from a vanilla mill (or 1/4 tsp vanilla sugar)
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
- Blueberries (or blueberry sauce)
Instructions:
1. Measure the heavy cream, brown sugar, and vanilla into a saucepan. Heat the mixture until it reaches a boil.
2. Cook the caramel for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens into a caramel-like consistency. Ensure it simmers gently without boiling vigorously.
3. Cool the caramel, for example, in a cold water bath, allowing it to thicken further.
4. Mix the cooled caramel with the Greek yogurt. Add vanilla sugar if using.
5. Spoon the yogurt mixture into serving dishes.
6. Top with blueberries or carefully drizzle blueberry sauce on top.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
