Make delicious and healthy yogurt easily at home! Preparation time is about 24 hours. Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 300 grams of skim milk powder
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
Instructions:
1. Heat the water to about 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Stir in the skim milk powder until it is completely dissolved in the water.
3. Add the plain yogurt to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
4. Pour the mixture into a clean, airtight container.
5. Cover the container with a cloth and let it sit in a warm place for about 24 hours to allow the yogurt to ferment.
6. Once the yogurt is ready, transfer it to the refrigerator and enjoy it as you like!
