Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dl (100g) sugar
- 1 dl (120g) all-purpose flour
- 0.5 dl (50g) cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 80 g crushed hazelnuts
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Finally, add the crushed hazelnuts and mix until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
