Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 250 g chicken fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
6. Pour in the cooking cream and stir well. Allow it to simmer for a moment.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix.
9. Serve with fresh basil on top.
