Ingredients:
- 400 g carrots
- 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
- 2 apples, diced
- A handful of raisins
- Fresh lemon balm for garnish
Instructions:

3. Squeeze in lemon juice to taste.
