A delicious sausage and potato bake that's the perfect weeknight dinner, quick to prepare and satisfying for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 500 g Snellman All Natural sausage
- 800 g potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 2 dl grated cheese (e.g., Emmental or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
2. Peel and chop the onions.
3. Cut the sausages into slices.
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
5. Grease a baking dish and layer the bottom with a layer of potato slices.
6. Add a layer of onions and sausage slices on top. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of potatoes on top.
8. Mix the cream and milk together and pour over the potatoes in the dish.
9. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
10. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
11. Let it rest for a moment before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
