A delicious corn and bacon omelette perfect for breakfast or brunch. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 dl canned corn
- 1/2 dl canned liquid
- 1 dl milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, leaving the fat in the pan.
2. Add the canned corn to the skillet and sauté for a moment.
3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, canned liquid, salt, and black pepper. Whisk the mixture well.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the corn in the skillet and cook on low heat until the omelette starts to set.
5. Crumble the cooked bacon over the omelette and cook for a little longer until the omelette is fully set.
6. Serve warm.
