Ingredients

- 1 pack (140 g) diced bacon
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 50-75 g green beans
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 head of frisée lettuce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the diced bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and rinse under cold water.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
4. Peel and slice the boiled eggs.
5. Tear the frisée lettuce into large pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
6. Add the bacon, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and boiled eggs to the salad.
7. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
9. Serve immediately.
