A simple and delicious pasta dish made quickly with fresh mushrooms and cream.

Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, sautéing until soft.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are nicely browned.
4. Pour the heavy cream over the mushroom mixture and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix the cooked pasta into the mushroom sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved cooking water.
6. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
