Ingredients:

- Brioche buns
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow)
- Arugula
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Aioli
- Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- Fresh thyme

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Marinade: Chop the garlic, chili, and thyme. Mix these ingredients with oil in a bowl.
2. Marinate the Vegetables: Slice the zucchini and bell pepper. Place them in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Grill the Vegetables: Preheat the grill and grill the marinated zucchini and peppers until they have a nice char.
4. Assemble the Burgers: Take the brioche buns and layer the grilled vegetables, arugula, sliced mozzarella, and cheddar cheese in between.
