Ingredients:
- Potato chips - Seaweed caviar
- Vegan sour cream or oat fraiche
- Chopped shallots
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
- (Dill, optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the vegan sour cream with the seaweed caviar and chopped shallots. 2. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add dill if desired.
3. Arrange the potato chips on a serving platter.
4. Place dollops of the caviar mixture on top of the chips.
5. Optionally, garnish with additional seaweed caviar.
6. Serve the remaining mixture as a dip.
