Ingredients:

- 1 tube Kallen fish roe (190 g)
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 jar sour cream
- 1 bunch dill
- 1-2 onions
- Toasted bread or pre-baked baguettes/rolls

Instructions:

1. Dice the onions into small cubes.
2. Chop the boiled eggs and dill finely.
3. Mix all the ingredients – fish roe, eggs, sour cream, dill, and onions – until well combined and smooth.
4. Allow the mousse to chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, or preferably overnight.
5. Serve the fish roe mousse on warm bread.
