Ingredients:
- 2 ripe fresh plums
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 3 tablespoons cold-pressed almond oil or mild canola oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Remove the pits from the plums and chop them into small pieces.
2. In a food processor or blender, combine the chopped plums, vinegar, maple syrup, and sea salt.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
4. Gradually add the oil while blending until the mixture is fully emulsified.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper if needed.
