Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil (e.g., olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long sticks.
2. Rinse the potato sticks under cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the potato sticks evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
6. Serve warm.
