These delicious pancakes are a perfect option for breakfast or a snack. They are soft and tasty, and you can enjoy them with berries, maple syrup, or whipped cream. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ dl all-purpose flour - 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.2. Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour about 1/4 dl of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
5. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
