A delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional pancakes, made with lupin flour for added flavor and nutrients.

Serving Size: 4-6 pancakes

Ingredients:

- 100 ml lupin flour
- 100 ml all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Butter for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the lupin flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and egg to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
5. Pour the batter onto the pan, forming pancakes of your desired size.
6. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with berries and maple syrup if desired.
