Ingredients:
- 2 bagels or flavorful rolls
- Tapenade or Mediterranean spread (or pesto)
- Fresh spinach
- Halloumi cheese
- Black pepper
- A splash of oil for frying
- Tomato, sliced
- Bell pepper (or cucumber), sliced
Instructions:
1. Slice the halloumi cheese and fry it in a splash of oil until golden brown. Season with black pepper.
2. Toast the bagels in a toaster or lightly on a pan if using rolls.
