A delicious salmon bagel featuring a soft bagel, cream cheese, and tasty gravlax. Easy to make and a great option for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 bagels
Ingredients:
- 2 bagels - 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g gravlax
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Fresh herbs (such as dill or chives)
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast them until golden brown. 2. Spread cream cheese evenly on the cut sides of the bagels.
3. Layer the slices of gravlax on top of the cream cheese.
4. Add the sliced red onion, capers, and fresh herbs.
5. Grind black pepper over the top to taste.
6. Enjoy immediately!
