Experience the flavors of Lonna Island with this simple and delicious dish featuring fresh salmon and potatoes.

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh salmon
- 100 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 dl fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon pieces and cook for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salmon and add the chopped dill. Mix well.
5. Serve the salmon with the boiled potatoes and garnish with fresh dill.
