Delicious and crisp cookies filled with mint-flavored dark chocolate. The perfect treat to enjoy with coffee or on a journey to Milan!

Serving Size: Makes about 12 cookies

Ingredients:

- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate (mint-flavored)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and mix well until combined.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a smooth dough forms.
5. Fill a piping bag with the dough and pipe small round cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.
7. Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it on one half of each cookie, then sandwich with another half.
9. Let the chocolate set before serving.
