A delightful dish that combines grilled salmon, traditional egg sauce, and delicious dill mashed potatoes. Perfect for festive occasions or indulgent meals. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 600 g salmon fillet - 1 liter water
- 50 g salt
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 dl sauce base (e.g., cream or fish stock)
- 500 g potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl fresh dill
- (optional: 1 dl finely chopped sautéed onion)
Instructions:
1. In a pot, mix water and salt. Bring to a boil until the salt dissolves. Allow the brine to cool. 2. Slice the salmon into fillets and butterfly them. Drizzle the brine over the fish before cooking.
3. Grill the salmon in a salamander oven or near the broiler in the oven.
4. To make the traditional egg sauce, heat the sauce base in a pot and stir in the chopped hard-boiled eggs. Taste and adjust seasoning.
5. For the dill mashed potatoes, boil the potatoes until tender, mash them, then add butter and milk. Fold in the finely chopped dill and taste for seasoning.
6. (Alternatively, prepare onion mashed potatoes by using sautéed onion instead of dill).
