A delicious meal that combines juicy salmon, crispy grilled asparagus, and tasty potato salad. Perfect summer dish for the whole family.

Ingredients:

- Salmon:
- 720 g salmon fillets (180 g per serving)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oil
- Lemon salt (optional)
- Asparagus:
- 12 asparagus spears (3 per serving)
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Potato Salad:
- 8 boiled potatoes, diced
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Black pepper
- Salt

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Salmon:
- Generously season the salmon fillets with salt and let them marinate for about 15 minutes before grilling.
- Brush the salmon with oil and place it skin-side down on a hot grill.
- Grill until the skin is crispy.
- Move the salmon to a cooler side of the grill, season with black pepper, and cover.
- Allow the salmon to grill for another 10 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Prepare the Asparagus:
- Season the asparagus with salt and olive oil.
- Grill the asparagus in the hottest part of the grill quickly until they are slightly charred.
3. Prepare the Potato Salad:
- Combine all the potato salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add shrimp if desired.
4. Serving:
- Serve the grilled salmon, asparagus, and potato salad together. Enjoy with a glass of white wine.
