A delicious and nutritious soup combining salmon, shrimp, and fresh vegetables, perfect for cold days.
Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- Black pepper and red pepper from a mill
- 1 liter of water
- 300 g rutabaga
- 50 g fresh ginger
- 0.5 dl fresh dill
- 100 g peeled shrimp (frozen)
- 350 g boneless and skinless salmon
- 1 large carrot
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 mild red chili
- 1 red onion
- 4 small garlic cloves

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the rutabaga, carrot, red onion, and garlic cloves.
2. Peel and grate the ginger.
3. Heat the water in a large pot and add the rutabaga, carrot, red onion, and garlic. Boil for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Stir well.
5. Add the salmon fillets and shrimp to the soup. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
6. Chop the red chili and dill, and add them to the soup just before serving. Mix well.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
