Ingredients:
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 1 liter fish broth
- 2 potatoes
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrot into cubes. Chop the onion.
2. Heat the fish broth in a pot and add the potatoes, carrots, and onion. Cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the chopped dill just before serving and stir the soup gently.
