Mammun Lohisoppa (Salmon Soup)

A comforting and creamy salmon soup, perfect for chilly days. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g salmon fillet - 1 l fish broth
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 dl cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. 2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Heat the fish broth in a pot and add the chopped vegetables. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pot. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
5. Pour the cream into the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few more minutes.
6. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
