A delicious salmon pastrami seasoned with wasabi, sesame seeds, and pepper, served perfectly with a wasabi sauce. Ideal for special occasions or as a tasty snack. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + marinating

Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet - 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp wasabi powder
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
Wasabi Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tbsp wasabi
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the salt, sugar, wasabi powder, sesame seeds, and black pepper. 2. Rub the spice mixture onto the surface of the salmon fillet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 80°C (176°F). Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or until the fish is cooked but still moist.
4. Prepare the wasabi sauce by mixing mayonnaise, wasabi, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Stir well.
5. Slice the salmon pastrami into thin pieces and serve with the wasabi sauce.
