A savory pie filled with a delightful combination of feta cheese and nutritious spinach, perfect for lunch or as a snack. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 8 pies
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made pie crust
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 ml sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add crushed garlic. Sauté for a moment.
2. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, sour cream, eggs, and the sautéed spinach. Combine well.
4. Roll out the pie crust into a thin sheet and cut out circles.
5. Place the circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and add filling in the center of each circle.
6. Fold the dough over and press the edges firmly to seal.
7. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the pies are beautifully golden brown.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
